Oh my! I am SO winning myself a copy of that book. It’s been on my wish list and my library don’t have it. I do indeed have the most AMAZING courgette cake recipe. So much so, I had to make one infront of DD to prove to her it had courgettes in it (she was green phobic at the time and would not believe that something so yummy had ‘goodness’ in it LOL!)
