Global Parent Forum and Website

Dear David Cameron,

Hello. I’m addressing you because you seem to be in touch with parents. Please keep reading…

I’m proposing a website idea to assist global cultural understanding and the idea is unique:

Global Parents Forum

In western societies, we parents speak on forums across borders. UK mums, from council estates and gated high-fliers speak to American dads and Australian mums etc. We all have different ideas and political stances and we are untied in parenthood.

Global Parents would expand on what is already a successful way to communicate between western countries.

It could be said that currently the largest percentage of communication is between mums.

The unique factor will be a TRANSLATED forum…you, as the user, choose the language that you prefer to communicate in, and everything you read is automatically translated. Similarly, all my communication will be automatically translated into the individual mums language.

i.e. Itallian mothers can give tips to American mothers; Nigerian mothers can discuss teething with Alaskan mothers; Chinese mothers can discuss development with Finnish mothers, etc.

Global ‘bump-buddies’ would be amazing!

We may not be social science theorists but world leaders would do well to read some of the forums that exist, and they would realise that us mums are leading the world in communication across political divides.

Imagine it. Just for a second.

Bottom-up communication between parents living on the Earth is a great first step to the way forward.

Our country has the technology and intellect to produce this site.

We don’t call this planet Mother Earth for nothing!

Thank you for listening.
